Yes — it is standard for this work. Containment, protected routes, agreed working hours and a daily clean-down are all part of the scope, not extras.
Can you hold a turnover schedule?
That is what we crew for. You get a date and a sequence with the quote, and enough people on site to hold it. If anything threatens the date you hear early.
Do you provide insurance documentation?
