Who issues the permit in Nisku or Acheson?
Nisku is in Leduc County, not the City of Leduc. Acheson is in Parkland County, not Edmonton or Spruce Grove. Both are the single most common mix-up on industrial jobs out there, and getting it wrong costs real days.
Can you work while the plant keeps running?
Yes. We isolate the work zone, control dust and noise, and sequence around the operational side of the building, including off-hours where the site requires it.
Can you meet contractor prequalification?
We carry liability insurance and WCB coverage and can supply documentation before we mobilize. Owner-specific orientation varies by site — tell us what is required and we will confirm what we can meet before you commit us to a date.
